This sounds like a working version of the Raindrops (which was essentially Ellie Greenwich's voice multi-tracked anyway) before overdubs, backing vocals (Ellie backing herself up), voice-doubling on the lead vocal etc. It could just be the root or the first few tracks laid down for what would eventually become "Another Boy Like Mine" by The Raindrops
