15 years... I've heard this song for 15 years (sans words) at Disney Hollywood Studios as part of the background music on Hollywood Blvd/Sunset Blvd and until tonight, I didn't know the name of the song or that it actually had words.

@fredb49 Well not exactly, He didn't serve during the war because he was an Argentinian, he got in some trouble after the war because he hadn't re registered. He had to go back to Argentina and start all over again.. It pretty much ruined his career

Beautiful voice. I was raised on this music. Mel Torme' is my favorite male vocalist; however, Dick Haymes is right up there at the top of my list. I was born in the 1940s....my mom bought the album which contained this song, and I loved to listen to it.
