the mindset is,what matters. bikini kill didn't had a punk look,but they were one of the best punk bands ever. true punks dont care about the look. You can wear punk clothes if you want,but not the look is what makes a punk.

I think when I was a kid listening to this song i always pictured it as just a girl's song, still loved the song, just always saw it from a girl's perspective.
