No, as you can see from the video description, is Reeves Gabrels. I respect your opinion, but to define the performance "horrendous" seems a little excessive... Gabrels is a great musician, perhaps here he has not been able to give the best of himself. Moreover, to compare styles at different times, perhaps, is less simplistic than as it sounds.
