No, a Sunni will never be allowed to vote with a Shia This is because they are exclusive religions. An Islamic Framework governing document is not a true and free constitution. People of different religious views VOTE peacefully together every election day in New York City. Labeling the plight of people in these Islamic nations as political in nature is a lie. For politics has nothing to do with the power struggles in nations who rule their people with religious persecution. The use of ignorance and superstition as a tool to keep people following the rules is brutal and wrong.
