Peter Pan never looked more fetching than being portrayed by Cheryl Baker, and I imagine Jay got a few proposals in that outfit; I also imagine the BBC didn't want them in their original outfits for this song, where Jay and Cheryl had just enough on to keep the censors happy. Pete Sinfield and Andy Hill wrote what Sinfield called a clever rebuke of the Thatcher administration; wasn't released over in the US until 1982, from an LP called "Bucks Fizz". They apparently mashed the first two albums together over here and really didn't promote it.
