Some of you guys have no idea what autotune actually is, don't you? :) All the additional harmonies and backing vocals are NOT what's called autotune. Autotune (or its alternatives such as Melodyne, Waves Tune, Newtone, and others) is a pitch correction software. Basically, if a singer is flat/sharp, Autotune pulls their vocals back into the center of the note they should be singing. No matter how much you argue that Britney has an amazing voice, it's a fact that her vocals are always autotuned beyond reason, which is clearly audible in this instance as well.
