Legitimate question...what's particularly special about Shannon's vocals that everyone seems to love them? I honestly considered him decent, but listen to them for the instrumentals more than anything...kinda confused. Their bassist/guitarist in particular are great.

OK I have been on a BM kick this past couple weeks and I just cannot get enough, I really miss the vocal talent or Mr Shannon Hoon, along with my other faves Kurt Cobain, Layne Staley, Andrew Wood etc...after watching every BM video, documentary, live concert and reading every article - I have not seen any comments anywhere that says there is an appearance likeness of somewhat between Shannon and Matt Damon? ( during the short hair phase of course) ya know sorta dopplegangers? Anyone else see this or is it just me?
