This is great music on its own merits, and also great for easing my stepdaughter into metal.I like Septicflesh, Amon Amarth and old school Opeth... but I also like Nightwish, Delain and this. Metal can be the biggest of all musical tents as long as people stop being elitist about it. Long live metal!

as much as i hate the metal elitists, but here i can see how someone can eject this. this is metal raped by pop. she has the right voice for meaningless radiopop, nothing you would remender more than 4 secounds. i do not hate people who like this band, it´s just nothing i would listen to, now i just came here because they where on "arte tracks". but it was a waste of time.

I used to be a heavy metal hater for years. But after I discovered Amaranthe last December, I started to like it. Listening to Amaranthe also got me listening to other metal bands such as Nightwish, Sabaton, Delain, Dragonforce, Kamelot, and of course Arch Enemy. Listening to these guys got me liking heavy metal. I like that not all of it is evil and awful and scary. There are huge varieties of metal and I did not know that until now. I went from being a heavy metal hater to a heavy metal lover.
