That riff for the first 30 or so seconds sounds like Karma - Omega Experiment....

No matter what Ola plays through, it's always 99% the same tone.

Awesome tones.+Killyoudeadnstuff Usually "that guy" tends to be an idiot. If you would have bothered to read the description you would have noticed it is a collection of Feared riffs put together.

I hate to be this guy... but I'm gonna be this guy. I loved what was happening in the intro of this song. It's so powerful sounding. But when the next part comes around 0:45, I just don't think the smooth, momentic (making up words) atmospheric power that the intro sets up matches the rowdy chaotic feeling the part at 0:45. They transition into each other beautifully, but I just feel like the later part lets all of that power go. It's like you get all this power, and then crash. Just me.

No, I got it. I pointed that out in my original post, it's mostly in the fingers and ears, but if you have both of those already and you're looking for the best amp for your playing style you want the best demo possible to gauge how the amps stack up against each other. When you record in a studio and add bass and drums it's obviously going to sound good, especially with Ola on the axe.

you're missing a key point here, they ALL sound good! now learn to play nyuuggaahh!!!

the thing about ola's videos is that they all sound good--meaning it's difficult to judge which amp is the best. It would be sweet if he somehow rigged up like 10 amps/heads in a row and had them on a switch using the same cab, same mic, same guitar...that would be a true comparison shoot out.
