Farm Aid was started by Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp in 1985 to keep family farmers on the land and has worked since then to make sure everyone has access to good food from family farmers. Dave Matthews joined Farm Aid's board of directors in 2001.

I love Joanna Dean- a cross between Janis Joplin & Bonnie Raitt, but there's a reason she sounds better on cd than live. Same with the Cinderfella- this video should be played by vocal coaches for their students, because this is what happens when you've spent your life screaming instead of singing. Unfortunately, you can't turn back the hands of time and relearn singing once you've shredded your vocal chords. Joanna's 2 albums are all we have of her- "Misbehavin'" & "Bad Romance". for you idiots down there that i cant reply to, he had a paralyzed partial vocal cord, it took him a year to get a dx, then another 1 for rehab, this is when it all started and dr's kept saying nope nothing on your vlcal chords, so he really really loves his work to do everything he did to get his voice back at all, they told him as a singer he would NEVER sing again, he had to start all over speech classes etc...10 years ago
