Sounds abit like Sounds of The Crowd.Drums are made with a synth. You can create drum sounds even with some more sophisticated e-organ.

Thanks for posting, wish there was footage from back in the day to go with this. A favorite since I heard it on the "Golden Hour" compilation a few years back. Its' simplicity and crudity only underscores how extraneous "professional polish" is to most modes of expression.
