1965 Congress Records. Toni Mason on lead. After the Angels left Smash Records, they temporarily lost the right to record under their own name. As the Halos they released four singles for Congress records in 1965 and 1966. "Just Keep On Loving Me" was the first release. Both this song and its b-side "Do I" were huge on the Northern Soul scene, especially Wigan. In 1967 the Angels got their name back and signed with RCA-Victor, where they released another Northern Soul classic - "I Had A Dream I Lost You."
