Storyline: The music video depicts the story of Raavana's penance for Lord Shiva's blessing. Angry at Shiva's silence, Raavana goes to Kailasa and plays this shloka with a veena made out of his intestine.
The video also shows Pottan Theyyam(an art form which tells the story between Sankaracharya and Lord Shiva).
It briefs the meeting of Lord Shiva disguised as Pulayan(down trodden) with the intention to further test Sankaracharya's knowledge who is proud of himself and about to ascend "Sarwanjha Peedam" (throne of knowledge).

Great Music Dude! I loved it.I understand that you are just beginners, and there are discrepancies too in the way you have presented it. But, for sure, you guys are talented. This particular track reminded me of Dave mustaine's Hangar18, even though there is no coincidence between both. a translation of Shiiva's lyrics is recommended. I like how even the villainous characters in Hinduism's tales have redeeming factors-Ravana subjected himself to mortification of the flesh for millennia and was fully willing to cut off the last of his ten heads, only stopped at the last moment by shiva's intercession. It's fascinating how common the motif of a god stopping a person from making a sacrifice is in different religions, the classic western version featuring Yahweh stopping Isaac's sacrifice at the hands of Abraham via an angel.10 years ago

Beautiful. Loved the Shiv Tandav Stotram. The video beautifully shows the transformation of the ego centric Ravan, who is a rakshas being turned into a Brahmin by gaining the knowledge by simply admiring the magnificence of Lord Shiva after chanting the stotram and thus gaining enormous amount of eternal knowledge (well depicted by the 10 heads shown).
