Punk is Punk ( Pistols, Bad Religion, Seven Seconds, etc etc.) When you take a punk attitude into the music and infuse it with country, rockabilly, and rock n roll, it IS no longer punk, but PUNK ROCK. So in essence you are correct, with the understanding that Social D doesnt perpetrate the imposters as you've suggested. They have and always will be a PUNK ROCK band.
