I'm trying to find the version from their Changes of Season album. That version was sick. Same as this the arrangement was just a slight different. This performance is perfection as well. Hall and Oates were one of my favorite bands growing up. Man Eater, Out of Touch, You Make My Dreams, Private Eyes, Because you Kiss, One on One and I Can't Go for That (No Can Do) were some of my favorites. Just a great band.

Man I loved this song when I listened to it as a kid. When I listen to it now I mean there is so much raw emotion. You can totally relate to the sorrow and sadness of a man futilely trying to make a love happen when it isn't there. Most songs nowadays are just guys in the club finding love on the dance floor yet none deal with the struggle and pain in trying to maintain said love over the years. You can feel the pass of time in this song. Whatever happened to such meaningful music nowadays?
