Conoscevo la più nota versione di Johnny Tillotson, ma questa interpretazione dei The Browns è altrettanto bella e, se possibile, ancora più dolce. Quanti bei ricordi...

Nice cool song, thank you for posting it, anyone liking this melody should listen to The Everly Brothers's version, it's one of my prefered songs by them.. So far that I even recorded it myself.

This has got to be one of the most beautiful and romantic tracks in music history. The lyrics are so beautiful and emotionally romantic and the sort of thing one would think when deeply in love with some one. One instantly wants to recapture time and be part of everything about this song - being around at the time be part of it's history that strange insatiable desire to share in the deep emotions and more. The video is precise and accurate in my opinion, it is absolutely perfect...masterpiece.

Beautiful! I remember Johnny Tillotson singing this, too. I do remember hearing The Browns sing this once. I have always loved the Browns -- especially Jim Ed. Great singers with great music! How I miss that sound!!!!!

Back in the 80's while pursuing a graduate degree in the Northeast, while traveling the long miles I played over and over the Browns; I especially enjoyed this song. Their soothing, uplifting music helped me over the mountains of PA. This particular piece will forever bring back memories of that special time in my life, when a wonderful door was opening up for me. "Send Me the Pillow" was on a cassette tape.

Music It's "All" good.

@boots1953 By the way, you made a great video. It fits! Jim Ed is just a great, smooth singer, & together they're fantastic. Only wish he could get up to the west coast of Canada. Thanks again for this. Ron

Wow. This is as smooth as an old fine wine. I think Dean Martin, Jim Reeves, and most of all Hank Locklin would be super proud of this. Thanks for posting.

@jimidee33 No offense taken. This was one of my first attempts at making a video, so yeah pretty cheesy. I love the music of The Browns. Grew up surrounded by their music and still they are in my favorites of all time singers! Looks to be a better weekend as the sun is finally shining here. Hope you are having sunshine your way to make for a more enjoyable weekend. Carol :-)
