@Rakshit Raval I'm no authority on sanskrit and I'm sure there could be a deeper meaning that I'mnot geting, but going word by word from what I've been taught, that was what I got out of it. Each of those also does appear in the 108 names of Shiva listed in the puja book that I have and are translated as such. Shiva IS in everybody though, that I certainly won't dispute, I just fiigure I should explain where I was coming from when I posted that comment.

When in truth, the melody is clearly also a factor, not just the rhythm. Save your insults for people who deserve them, like people who leap at the chance to say DERRR to total strangers nyahhhhhhhh ; P

Oh I know them as a Vedic Death Metal Band...therefor I anticipated that they reference the Vedas. But it's always nice to have someone that realy knows it. Thanks for that.

I named my black 4Runner Kali Ma (a little heretical in nature to do, I understand, but if you knew me you would totally understand why). I'm always rocking out to metal/rock when I'm driving. Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Metallica etc etc...time to add Rudra to that list.

@purpleshrykull Its different names of Shiva chanted repeatedly. Hara- He who takes away, usually chanted repeatedly before another name of Shiva, I've noticed. Shankara- maker of peace, loosely Shiva- The auspicious one.

om namah Shivay. this band has come along way since i last heard them. awesome!! right up my alley. the Asura Hiranyakashipu, who was defeated by Narasimhaji, was also a devotee of Lord Brahma. whereas Ravana and Kansa were devotees of Lord Shiva.jai Kalike!

Hail from Germany! This sound is awsome! Thats the first tamil made music I appreciate, realy. But sad story happens, my wife(tamil) seems to not like it, at all. lol I think we need a tripleX Kollywood "inspired" movie, to make this style of metall more popular ;)
