Rock Bottom è il secondo album solista del cantante progressive britannico Robert Wyatt. Il primo dopo il terribile incidente domestico avvenuto il 1º giugno 1973 durante un party che lo ha paralizzato dalla cintola in giù, costringendolo sulla sedia a rotelle. Wyatt afferma che l'incidente ha rappresentato l'inizio della maturità e che la parziale immobilità lo ha fatto concentrare ancor più sulla musica.[1] Non potendo suonare una normale batteria Wyatt suona le tastiere, le percussioni, la chitarra slide e una piccola batteria priva di charleston e grancassa
