You do realize that Cee Lo has been a solid performer for about 20 years in the US, yes? :) He started with a rap group, but really hit big time as a solo artist when he did a collaboration with Dangermouse (Gnarls Barkley) awhile back. He has rather always done his own thing, and when he got big chart success, it was as himself, doing his own thing.11 years ago
