Molly Hatchet is a southern rock band formed in Jacksonville, Florida in 1975. They are known for their hit song "Flirtin' with Disaster" from the album of the same title. Founded by Dave Hlubek and Steve Holland, Molly Hatchet took its name from a prostitute who allegedly mutilated and decapitated her clients. Most of the Molly Hatchet album covers feature heroic fantasy inspired art, some of which were painted by artist Frank Frazetta and Boris Vallejo.

I saw these assholes 10 years ago in some bar, they made use wait 2 hours after the warm up band to come on and play some of the loudest, worst music you can imagine. Dave was playing a strat. It was totally bizarre. What is even funnier is the other guitar when I saw him was like 150 pound kid. I see he went on the Dave Hlubek diet of eating anything in site. Crazy sad. Stop just die and go away.

It's a copy or duplicate of a good song guys. No one is saying it's as good as the original. Much like Skynyrd! RIP RONNIE AND BROWN!

"Stevens Sausage Neuse River Amphitheater" That pretty much explains it, huh? Obviously, Molly Hatchet has gone from 'Bad-Ass Rockers' to 'Fat Fucking Has Been Sausage Queens'.... MH ..... Give up the 'BAD ASS' persona. Play blues. That's what fat guys do.

They should let Dave Hlubek stand to the right of the singer on the outside. That would make Hatchet more authentic and it would show some respect to Dave.

Weeelllll, Dave Hlubek (the fat lead guitarist in the middle) is the only original MH band member, but I agree, he hasn't aged too gracefully, either. BTW, he just turned 61 yesterday (August 28, 2012).

OMG they look as bad now as Deep Purple did in the last video I seen them in. They have not aged gracefully.
