It's probably somewhere in the comments, but once someone described the title of this track as how feelings for post-rock generally are. You either love it, or you aggressively despise it.

to me this is about the power of the individual, not the act of blowing up a school, its a metaphor.

MrVersanique has a beautiful music video for this. Done with a Canadian film of a shooting done in Canada a few years back. It's in black & white. Fix perfectly. It's extended to 10 Mons because of moments with no music.

I do love her, but I don't think I would blow up her school.

I honestly see this song as like the mind of a disgruntled student. The mind of a kid who is approaching his breaking point and cannot take it no longer. All this contained rage, anxiety, depression, and fear of rejection. The song starts out soft and slow, like how the human mind should be. Then we notice some disturbances in the tempo. It get's faster. The tension builds up, and the anticipation keeps growing, and growing. The child, who only has few friends, are now leaving him. His friends turn their back on him and find new friends better than him. The mocking, emotions, the pain, and the psychological torture continues. There are parts in the song where it calms down again for a moment. That represents the boy is starting to "get a grip" of himself and come back to his senses. Then the pain comes again, and around 5:20, the boy starts thinking about what would happen if he took vengeance. Then, at 5:30, the boy decides, and begins to plan the attack, until 6:16. Finally, he loses control, and his world falls apart, and a hail of gunfire rains before him upon his classmates. The boy finally reaches the breaking point, a point that is of no return. After the rampage is finished, and the police storm the building, 7:03 is where he submits and is taken under arrest. What happened is now done, and nothing is going to change that.
