What I personally see the girl in this picture doing is attempting to forget her pain.As some may know, it is said that goldfish have a three-second memory. So perhaps she has her head in the fishbowl to numb whatever pain she must be in by trying to lose her memories and forget whatever initially onset them in the first place. That's just my interpretation, though. lol
