This is a combination of her own accent & a teaching good quality example of verbrado,one not below where it should be,the proper note,& one note above proper,maybe a 1/2 note off,both ways. Normally,one tries singing "On Note",as well as in key. if you can not,or want a special singing effect,here is one of them,done perfect,but likely is really her,not just an effect.
