Yes Howard, of course your apologies are not required. We are loyal to your obsessions.

Great track - sounds rather like something Pink Floyd might have done.

sorry guys, the album has up and down moments, -that- modernity of Magazine is bit gone..sometimes they seem (with class) the Queen..sometimes not: still talented and deep magazine. Anyway ..welcome! (this my favorite song but..why that banal female voice?)

Agree ... I have also noticed that the bass on this album has been mixed way back compared to all previous Magazine albums ... which is a shame - but given Bazza's absence, perhaps a blessing also.

Reminds me of some of the instrumental work from Secondhand Daylight ... Thin Air ... wonderful stuff.

This album has only gotten better the more I've listened to it. Fantastic.

The bass is totaly inspired by Adamsano's style...buy lacks that incisive 'touch'...which is EVERYTHING!

I thought I was having a pretty good week when I won £10 on the lottery and several of my students told me they like my teaching... then suddenly I learn there's a new Magazine album out! I've only been waiting three decades...

WOW I didn't even know that Magazine had a new recording out. This one in particular will haunt me so gloriously in the night like all the other ones in my memory that I treasure. I will buy this recording asap... Thanks youtube :)

Slightly lukewarm to the re-emergence at first, with each listen this record is indeed getting more and more fantastic... where the recent Gof4 (and Wire) reunion fell flat, this one soars on the strength of perversity, deviance, cunning and some magic dust... in other words, its another Magazine record, only this one seems to suspend the eroding effect of time... restoring hope in ones' baser impulses and higher aspirations... its an utterly fantastic record in every way possible...

I figure the name of the album is a pun on the phrase "Know Thyself", but after so many years of internetting, I can't help but to think it's a fancy way of saying "NO U". Damn medieval tapestry.

This is a fucking great album. Every song is good, modern, nervous, impressive, provocative. I still love Magazine…

My favourite song on the album, blistering guitar solo that even McGeoch would be proud of.
