It's 9:03 AM and I've turned on my tv to find what appears to be a musical from the 40s, featuring Maureen O'Hara, Dick Haymes, and Harry James. I've never seen anyone dynamic figure as James so overlooked and underrated in the entertainment world. We remember Glenn Miller, the Dorsey brothers, and all and sundry. But James' name somehow remains in mothballs. He was movie star handsome, a consummate musician, and obviously the attraction of many a girl. In fact, as I watch the movie, Haymes is squiring a young and lovely O'Hara. When the role boyfriend should really go to Harry James!Videos Relacionados
