It was intended as the followup to "The Wayward WInd." The error was giving it a dinky little arrangement when it called out for a larger orchestration a la "The Wayward Wind." It just didn't catch on with the public because it didn't deliver much of an impact. The "Wayward Wind" was tried yet again later with another song but again that one didn't catch on either though it did receive an Academy Award nomination and Gogi sang it on the Oscar telecast rivetingly.

@Hatikvah2010 Gogi recorded this song about a year after "The Wayward Wind" But it didn't make much of a splash. But it was a great song anyway.
