some of the lyrics: lord have mercy on the people in england, for the terrible food those people must eat. and lord have mercy on the fate of this movie, and god bless the mind of the man in the street.

dunno y but somehow i am missing something in zappas technically brilliant 80s band. saw them live in 1988 and i was a bit disappointed or amybe fed enough hearing him for years, but im still damn glad that ive seen him live once in my lifetime. Great tune though and i hear a bit of the old bands spirit thru all the perfection here. and after so many years not listening to his music, it is still the best. , thx for posting!

I wouldn't say (hallucinogenic)drugs are a shortcut, Zappa loved cigarettes and coffee(drugs themselves), they're just a different avenue to creativity.

Zappa plays Zappa was very impressive. They closed with Strictly Genteel, Franks favorite composition, they were pretty good musicians tonight. Awesome!

Heh! Ed Mann running around his percussion set and... Steve Vai still had his long bad ass rock hairdo :) Zap is just simply THE f***ing best. All times. Dweezil put on his dads heritage but he's nowhere close. FZ, RIP

Why would you say something like that?

That's a Edgard Varese quote, whose music you would probably despise.
