Hey! after the Italian version, here's also the European French one :)

Ok, I usually don't complain if a translation has been difficult to make (not because it wasn't! I just don't want to annoy you with my pointless complaints), but this time I want to share with you my sorrow.....this really required me a very hard work.......ok, finished xD

Mind: this is the European French soundtrack version. It isn't so different from the movie version, but still some lyrics are. If you want to see the movie version lyrics, check the Canadian French version (you can find the link in the video, or here below). Canadian and European movie versions are performed by different dubbers (except for Elsa's singing voice), but lyrics are precisely the same.

I don't like the fact that in the first part of the song, Anna sounds like a brat. I don't mean because of the voice actor, I really love Emmylou Homs' voice, but in the lyrics.In the original version it's all about what they can do together "WE can fix it hand in hand, WE can head down this mountain TOGETHER", that she understands why Elsa has acted the way she did for years "You don't have to keep your distance anymore. Cause for the first time in forever I finally understand".While in the French version she's just intimidating her sister by saying "you don't have the right to run away from me like this", it's not even in Anna's character... it's all about what she wants, like she wants to bring her sister back in Arendelle because it's the Queen's duty to be their for her people... which is true, but it certainly doesn't show how much Anna love her sister "'I' want to celebrate this renewal which is going to change your fate". Fortunately she eventually said "I want to celebrate this renewal with you, hand in hand", but still a huge part is missing before that.Also Anna said "we will get rid of this burden"... talking like that about Elsa's powers, or the situation Arendelle is in is just way out of place, it's very rude and again doesn't show Anna's relief that Elsa is finally herself.Again thanks a lot for translating it !

I'm an American and this is my first year of learning French, so it's kinda fun to pick out words I recognize. Though I do find it a little sad how (French-Speaking) Elsa sings about being "freed and released" in the French version of Let It Go, and she says "Neither freed nor released" in this. ;(Also, just a fair warning, don't watch the Canadian French version. It's crap (in my opinion).
