I remember my sister getting a radio a little smaller than a shoe box. It had two MONO speakers (mid range and tweeter). If you held it close to your face you could feel the bass and drums of this song and the lone tweeter jingling with the tambourine! What the hell happened to me and todays music? HumanJukebox1958, I've never been a big Eddie Money fan either, but it's undeniable that he's made his mark. I think his early stuff was best, like this and "Gimme Some Water" but he came back well a few years later with "Take Me Home Tonight" et al. Eddie says he's beaten his long-time drug addiction. I really hope he has. It's too bad when drugs ruin a career and/or life. He joined a 12-step program, but I hope he's serious about quitting, which is hard in any case but harder when you're around it constantly. If he is serious, he's probably - and wisely - only playing and hanging with guys who've been down that rough road. In typical Mahoney style he said, "I found out I didn't need it to be funny." Good luck Eddie! BTW, 1958 was a GREAT YEAR, wasn't it? It's my favorite, anyway!
