Some notes:
The first verse (0:39 to 0:51) is a reference to video game safety guidelines; it matches a section of the Japanese PSP and PS Vita manuals nearly word for word. (Also, the "brightly" hanging there was intentional. It's not a complete phrase in Japanese either.)
The terminology used in the "friend request" line at 1:02 is very similar to that I found in a guide about adding friends on the PS Vita. Likewise, so is the "block list" line at 1:45.
A Z-rating (0:55, 1:38) in Japan is essentially the same as an AO ESRB rating (which means 18+).
I believe "furukon" (0:57) is an abbreviation of "furukonpu" or "fully-complete," meaning absolute completion of all aspects of a game. "Game brain" is probably a reference to "geemu nou," a term coined by a Japanese physiologist who claimed that prolonged gaming had detrimental effects on the brain.
At 1:15 and 3:06, the kanji lyrics say "kanojo" (her) instead of "hiroin" (heroine).
For your reference at 2:36, 172800 hours is almost 20 years.
At 3:17, the kanji used to write "deaeta" (were able to meet) is usually used to imply an unfavorable encounter. Additionally, the face at the end can be used in negative contexts (it's called the "owata" face), but I have also seen it used in positive situations too, so it's a little unclear.
Please let me know of any errors I might have made or if you'd like me to explain something more fully. I look forward to your feedback!
