Siento como si David se sientiera muy apresurado como si el sintiera que estuviera envejeciendo y que tuviese que cantar esta canción apresuradamente porque el esta pensando en ese momento en la vejes en cambio si ven el otro vídeo donde esta aun mas viejo la canción es mejor porque el ya ha asimilado el envejecimiento y madurado de alguna manera.

Actually you are wrong. Waters wrote the lyrics, David wrote the music. He was playing this at a rehearsal during a break when Waters heard it, was inspired by it, then wrote the lyric.
