Never noticed it before but Randy's vocals sound a lot like David Wayne from Metal Church on 'Ton of Bricks'.

Actually, I can't start any more sentences with this word :D But I find it curious that the basslines in the first three albums or so are more complex and whatnot and nowdays the bass is "just there" without anything meaningful to play... Or at least I haven't yelped "hey, look at dat bass go!" on the recent albums as I did on the earlier ones :/

Actually, you are correct sir, he plays on every Annihilator release. I did not know that until Jeff posted on Facebook about it. Makes sense to me.

That fade-in scream at the beginning is so intense, I wish it was higher in the mix

Idk man, that's what wiki says. I think Jeff recorded the bass in the demo before the album, because you can clearly hear some of his signature licks such as in ligeia, but I'm not sure... Anyway, it's a shame we don't have any stuff from him now. Absolutely inspirational bass player, equally to ellefson and christian.

Actually, Jeff waters played Bass on this album. Wayne did play on Never, Neverland and Set The World On Fire but he seriously is a great bassist. I mean, you hear some of the tracks he laid down for Never, Neverland, my god...

"white coats swarm about the patient. they've come to see inside his head. white coats say he's incoherent and tell him that he's sick. straps and restraints don't hold back the horrible visions, and the syrup in the syringe only causes them to melt into a vile blob. they don't understand his monosyllabic utterances, yet the patient babbles on in his foreign tongue... lobotomy."
