I can imagine it getting confusing when you decide to sing "There's someone out there" twice in a row when the next line is "there is" You kind of have to fuse the word "there" together. It would have sounded like "There's someone out there there is". Y'know. you'd get confused on where you should say the word "is".

I find it weird that they did a Concert in their own studio.. I've seen videos of the AvA studio, and that is EXACTLY what it looks like. Tom did a personal tour. So they have home field advantage with the voice effects that everybody keeps bitching about. It's debatable on whether they would or not.

Tom actually sang the concert, yes. He didn't lip sync live (as in, yes, the audience heard his actual singing). And this video is unedited, true. But the other songs they put the studio tracks in place of his actual voices and removed the double tracking. Some of the things are still live (like the "If you Kiss me" part in the gift), but most of it is dubbed ON TV. I'm not saying he lip-synced. But most of what you see on TV is dubbed. This song isn't, but most of it is.

I genuinely think this is one of the most beautiful performances ever. So what, maybe there is some vocal correction, does it matter? No. Tom has proved time and time again he doesn't need autotune to create amazing performances, and this probably wasn't even his idea. It still sounds just like Tom, still has his passion, and you can still feel his love for the song. That's what auto tune is for too, it's just horribly misused. Bottom line is this is an incredible performance of a beautiful song

Look, he's using auto-tune. At the very least this is pre-recorded to fit a live environment. Listening back to the other songs performed for this concern, in particular "The Adventure", you really have to be simple not to realise that it's the vocal track off the record. It's so stupidly apparent. Wake up.

just listen and enjoy it, he is one of the greatest performers (for making people actually enjoy themselves and not giving them exactly what they hear on a CD in their room) of the 20th/21st Century's .To be honest he is an amazing singer so i wouldn't be surprised if this is actually him and personally i think it is actually him.
