I can listen to this cover. But I think akercocke's technical affinity wound up holding them back a little. That trebly thrashing sound Trey and Richard had is what made all of Altars special. So I guess doing it their own style didn't produce as good of a cover. That and the Antichrist sound (drums, guitar tones) wouldn't have made this cover as good as say the sound for Words that go Unspoken.10 years ago

Morbid Angel's original version is one of my all time favorite Death Metal songs. Akercocke did an excellent cover of the song! I still prefer the original BUT this version is AMAZING as well! 11 years ago

I like both bands I like morbid angel more cause that's just my opinion I think this is a valid cover, but the vox david vincent did were better, and the solos here are better it's all just artistic stylization, and if you knew why they were called akercocke you'd think it was cool, that and if you're so grossed out by naughty body parts then why do you listen to death metal?Videos Relacionados
