Since i have been bless to personal witness how tough it is not only in the year 1982,but years prior to that year. While i will not portray myself as the perfect person,i am aware that in order to make a legal living,i have to have a job. In the meantime to keep my comment short and simple,as we in H-Town moves into the year 2014,not only is it rough and tough being expose to possible hardcore criminal acts,it has become an unwanted challenge to combat the aggression our City Lawmakers has allowed panhandlers to get away with. Normally,i would say if they want to beg for a living,let them beg. It is their life. However,since the money beggars have become so aggressive to interrupting the flow of traffic by walking into the middle of the streets,it is becoming insane. Therefore i am going to recommend a solution as an effort to reduce the problem. Why not create a new revenue for the City, by requiring the solicitors to pay a fee to do what they are doing. By the way,why not pay me for this suggestion. Thanks,it is rough out here.
