@mattjhuber And I'm not sure where this rumor started that Duesenbergs are made in Korea...I know a lot of ppl on TGP have said that, but I don't know what their sources are...they sure don't play and feel like cheap guitars.

@mattjhuber Actually man...i've grown to love my Doozy. Back then I thought that my Gretsch sounded better, but not anymore. I honestly think Duesenbergs are the best guitars now. I got a Starplayer TV and am gassing for a Carl Carlton. I think the CC's have the edge over the Starplayer TV...I see you replied when you were logged on the New Life Worship account =P

@joshuarugg You make a valid point, The amps play a huge part, but it all starts with the guitar. I mean if I had my American Deluxe Tele plugged in to his amps and effects, it would sound amazing, but not like a Duesenburg starplayer TV...... It comes with the whole package I guess to put it that way. If you take any of the elements out of the rig, it makes a drastic change... :0)

funny how people try to get his tone with guitars, guys it has little to do with the guitars he uses and more to do with the amps and particularly the amps being cranked up verry loud

I just hope theres a video angle on his two overdrive pedals he used...the settings and how and when he uses it...also how he uses his pickups and guitar volumes to get the tone he gets on this video demo....too awesome...such a talented guitar player...many people has got so much pedals yet unable to get this kinda tone and playability
