I couldn't agree more. Had a weird experience once while listening to this song. The album cover from the greatest hits defeated physics by falling out of it's case, and sucked itself under my chest of drawers. Was never to be seen again, even looked under the floorboards, it never turned up.

hahaha totally wrong...listen to dave live before you say anything. he has a great techik in playing guitar, and Jimi page is not better than him. he is only a bit more famous. and Dave played the lead guitar on YRGM and the solo, and also on All Day And All Of The Night and that one has also a FAST solo, actually many early kinks song ! first think, THEN write. cheers.

I actually feel sorry for you. The Kinks composed 600+ songs, many, many gems. I wonder how many Kinks songs you've actually heard.. You wanna hear some fantastic guitar work Ricky?? Listen to the album, 'Schoolboys In Disgrace' (by The Kinks). And really now, Dave did play all of it. Jimmy Page is a terrific guitar player, but there is only one Dave Davies. GSTK

@Rick36561, Watch the youtube interview with Bobby Graham who was the session drummer for the kinks. He is the best source for who did what on the records and pay attention to how he says Dave Davies was a very good guitarist who did his own work and was underrated. You can have your opinions about the Kinks (who cares) but you should know the facts before you show your ignorance.
