I'm pretty sure Ira & Georgia wrote this song about a short lived band from the early 80's called "Red Buckets" with members Richard Mason, Kris Yiengst, and Stan Demeski who became the drummer of "The Feelies".

@sonicvariables A great song, i was the only one who had it up when i posted it. Surprised i don't have more views and comments. Not enough people know about this little gem. Great album, this song kind of takes a backseat to Blue Line Swinger, I actually like this better tho.
