This is why shred master guitarists should never be in charge of any recordings....just be a player. You get albums with songs like Fury and three headed dragons on the cover. I do love Yngwie's playing though and he is a cool guy. And he lvoes America...Rock on Yngwie.

I heard Yngwie many years ago and he blew me away. My guitar hero is Jeff Beck so I appreciate guitar players. This guy can play anything and has so much musical knowledge. Yngwie is not your everyday guitar slinger.

I was16 in 1986, and I was a true metalhead. I was doing a concert or more a week, and one of my friends turned me on to Yngwie. I had never heard of him, and he said that this guy could give EVH a run for his money. I was skeptical, but when I saw the concert, I was floored. When he was doing the customary metal solo, he played Eruption exactly the way it was played on the album, and that just freaked me out. I have never heard Eddie play it exactly like the studio version live. After that, I was all in, still to this day, Yngwie is my favorite guitarist.

Lol you can tell he was faking being stupid. Was this a trend in the 80s? When I look at candid videos of people my age during that decade, people faked being stupid. Like it was cool or something.

It's all 3 basically. Trilogy. It's his 3rd solo record, so he called it Trilogy. There's a 3-headed dragon on the cover 'cause it's called Trilogy; there's a song on there called Trilogy; it's got three different segments, that's why it's called Trilogy, because it's 3; it's his 3rd solo album, so it's 3 a lot. Get it?
