I'm surprised no one has mentioned the genius of the chorus where Colin begins with "All of a sudden..." and Andy flawlessly takes over with, "We find..."

Thanks, David, for posting this video of an important song. As Andy says, the lyrics are about a difficult subject; the video makes the point even more. And anytime we can watch an XTC video is worthwhile! :)

Always wondered how Colin got such a beautiful bass sound on that album, the video just cleared that question up.

I think Gregg Alexander of New Radicals sampled this on the track "Maybe You've Been Brainwashed Too"...

This might be off-topic from the video but the word "God" Encompasses more than some people realize, Or that's how I see it. Exodus 7:1 (KJV Version) says "And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet" And the Bible talks of not worshipping "Strange gods" If I remember right.

Thanks for posting. This is from the VHS compilation I once owned till I lent it to some middle class wanker posing as an alright person. The sort of person Moulding and Partridge would despise actually. Cant get the VHS for love or money on Ebay - so once again I thank you for posting kind sir!

Brilliant editing on this one, especially Terry "The Phantom" Chambers on drums! No direct shots of him in the entire video. He must have known the jig was up...

YES! I LOVE that you got the intro from the Look Look release. I wish that would be released on DVD, along with the BBC "Play At Home" special and all their other videos. What the hell are they just sitting on them for??
