Definitely Lip Sync. But, these were still the girls and they could sing, but You can always tell from breathing patterns (or lack of) AND on Soul Train you can tell when they start fading the music out at the end.

I didn't know all 4 of them could sing. I thought they only had two singers on this song. It makes me appreciate the song more and the group as well. "Off Da Hook" is one of my all time girl group C.D.'s, although this wasn't on it.

I always thought the "Scott Sisters,"were the rawest singers of the group but then u add on Kandi as a great third singer, as well as Tiny as a super dope 4th singer/backup vocalist who can carry lead vocals as well. I see why +XscapeVEVO was dope for their time. Guess the internal beef got the best of them and I think(at times) they took the +Real hiphop +TLCVEVO style a little to far at times but they still were dope though.
