Look, there are a finite number of chord progressions you can work with as a songwriter. If we start accusing every three-or-four-chord song of plagiarism then we'll be left with Metal, Prog-Rock, and Jazz. The progression is similar, yes, but the lyrics, arrangement, and production are all very different, making it clear that this is a different song. And a great one at that, so shut up everyone.

A lot of what Wussy does is take things and put it into new contexts. They often include lyrics to other songs in theirs. Should they have attributed the original artist in this case? Yeah, probably. I have never read the liner notes though, so maybe the did. I'll go check and report back.

"Teenage dreams so hard to beat"... crikey a bit of plagiarism there! Uses the Undertones rift very well indeed, not a bad track though.
