The track is the original version off the song "Box In Hand" from Ghostface Killah's debut album Ironman. The other track (B-Side) on the single is "Sunshower" which appeared on the 2nd CD from the International Verion off "Wu-Tang Forever" as a bonus track. So maybe its a Wu-Tang Forever leftover, because the single was released in 1996 or 1997.
