Not only that, both band front men are strong believers of the Christian faith and though the lyrics show that influence, they arent at all preachy. I'm not at all interested in Christianity or a believer, but I have a new found respect for it thanks to bands like Thrice, Wolves at the Gate, Nine Lashes. I gotta thank Christianity for helping these awesome people create such amazing music. I said Christianity too much.

Actually the lead singer of this band Steve Cobucci said in an interview that Thrice is one of his favorite bands, so that's mostly likely why his singing would remind of you it, and I agree, Thrice's old stuff was much better.
