This video i made it goes really fast lol and there is lots of blood cause i could not find a music video of wolf's rain with breaking the habit as the song with lots of blood in it...

I also been noticing a few things..people started to make vids of there own of wolf's rain breaking the habit but the beganning of the video is always the same as mine...go look and see look for ones from one year down and you will notice that the begainning flashes threw each picture just like mine does now....The only diffrence is I made the begainning so that each picture that is shown is of each main character in the show and they each get four pictures each. :P I'm just glad I got so many fans of this vid

Meditate is the only answer I can say. But could be you are that wolf and perhaps even a white werewolf type, normal wolf is the earthed version of the werewolf :) Werewolf is mythological. Could be your doing the mental shift sometimes, thinking like your animal, and its not strange, its normal, I sometimes have that too with my dragon.

You only need to know what your animal is and become one with it ( chakra finding of your animal and melt it together with the yours your energy and his or hers ) I only say practise, and do m shift first then p shift. But beware first time won't work, so just meditate allot, and it will hurt if you do it for the first time! Mine is a dragon ( hydra btw ) :)
