I had been out of black metal for a while, too much "HAILZ SATAN, LOLZ!", while I already liked WitTR, I hadn't heard of these guys until two months ago (came up whilst trying to figure out "Sweater Metal", and why Alcest is part of it) and I was absolutely blown away. This is what more black metal needs to be like. My faith in black metal (and the ability to instill true hate and darkness into music) has been restored.
