I believe this song is trying to say to open your eyes to on whats going on in our world today. I mean think about. Why is the All Seeing Eye being shown ? Guys, did you really think they're not into these stuff? Remember how unknown and unpopular was Within Temptation at the very start of their career? All that until Mother Earth was released and at first it was a flop as well. Until Ice Queen was released and all of a sudden, the album hit first place on musical charts.
