Actually, a lot of what you're hearing is the bass. Note how thick it sounds when Nolan's playing the lead. Ganesh's bass tone is distorted and goes very well with Nolan's guitar actually. We're pretty sorted when it comes to the rhythm section. Not sure if we'll ever have a second guitarist. Anyway, thanks for the comments, man. Really appreciate it! As an aside, it'd be better to replace the bass with a second guitar. As ever, the bass sound seems to get dominated by the other guitar and thus virtually useless. Couldn't both the guitarists simply use the E string for all their riffs to achieve the subtly bassy sound found in most Thrash/Black Metal songs. Also, Nolan's Out of the Dark ... Into the Light shirt kicks fu____g ass!
