Favorite band since I was 14 and found one of their 12"s at a secondhand shop. Sounds like loads of other people have the same experience. There's nobody like them. :)

"Dip/flash"? From the cover, and the rest of the lyrics, I think they're imagining car headlights kind of signalling Morse code, especially as many cars are also hurtling past each other and blocking each others lights.
